UK statutory cancellation (14 days)

If you change your mind you have the legal right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, contact us at sglivingco@gmail.com and return the items in the same condition and packaging.

Our 30‑day returns window

In addition to your statutory rights, SG Livings offers a 30‑day returns policy from the date you receive the item. To be eligible the item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

How to return

• Email us at sglivingco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  
• We recommend using a tracked service; retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refunds

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are returned using the original payment method. Where the consumer has exercised the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund only if explicitly agreed at the time of purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at sglivingco@gmail.com within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return postage.
